We are lucky enough to work with a range of organisations throughout the public sector, helping them make open government happen through our strategic advice, training or web development. Here are a selection of those we are working with.
We have provided a selection of in-depth training workshops to Sunderland’s newly formed digital comms team. This took in social media and digital engagement, writing for the web and social media, use of digital communications in emergency situations and developing a digital press office.
We developed and host the UKTI blog on our secure WordPress hosting service.
For the National Association of Local Councils, we developed a microsite promoting their e-learning for councillors around local planning.
We are working with Lincolnshire County Council to provide digital support to coastal SMEs working in the arts and culture sector.
We provided strategic advice and developed an online community engagement platform for Urban and Civic as part of their project to redevelop the Alconbury Airfield site.
We are currently rebuilding the Office for Public Management’s website in WordPress.
We built, host and maintain the WordPress based website for the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration.
We have provided introductory WordPress training for people working in further education on behalf of the JISC Regional Support Centre for Yorkshire and the Humber.
We delivered a programme of awareness raising and training for senior managers and the communications team at Elmbridge Borough Council. We also drafted a digital engagement strategy and staff online interaction policy for the council.
We provided several workshops for North Ayrshire Council – for senior managers, councillors and the communications team.
We are supporting a range of initiatives at South Holland District Council, including carrying out a digital engagement audit of their current activity and generating an action plan to improve it in the future.
We designed, developed and host the Let’s Talk Central online engagement website for Central Bedfordshire Council. We also provided WordPress and other social media training for staff.
We are carrying out research for Consumer Focus into digital engagement methods, and publishing it via an online database.
We delivered a programme of awareness raising and training for senior managers and the communications team at Epsom and Ewell Borough Council. We also drafted a digital engagement strategy and staff online interaction policy for the council.
We built a website for the Cancer Champions project for Greater Manchester and Cheshire Cancer Network, including interactive forms allowing for people to register for the project and to leave feedback and evaluation on training and events.
We provided a workshop for senior managers at Chichester Council, extolling the virtues of digital innovation in local government.
We supported the Local Government Group to add an interactive social media element to events run by the Healthy Communities programme, including live blogging, tweeting and video interviews.
